- Phone number — mandatory field in the order form. This is required so we can confirm your order, coordinate the delivery of digital materials and provide support during the initial setup phase.
- Selected program / product — mandatory. We need to know exactly which digital package(s) you are ordering so we can prepare and send the correct materials without delay.
- Technical / usage data — automatically collected anonymous information: type and version of browser, device type (desktop/mobile), approximate geographic region (country/city level), pages visited, time spent on site. This data is used exclusively for improving website performance, detecting technical issues and basic security monitoring. It cannot be used to personally identify you.
Important: we do **not** collect or store email addresses unless you voluntarily include them, never collect payment card details directly, never ask for health information or any special category personal data.
