These Terms of Use (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Victor Boender governing your access to and use of the CoreBloom website (and all subdomains) and all digital products, guides, movement sequences, habit trackers, videos and related materials (collectively the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing or using the website in any way, or by purchasing or downloading any digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase any products.
All content provided through the Services is intended solely for general informational and educational purposes. The materials are designed to support regular gentle movement, healthy daily timing habits and general well-being practices. Under no circumstances should any part of the website or digital products be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, therapeutic plan or guarantee of any particular physical or health outcome.
Always move mindfully and stay within a comfortable range of motion. Stop immediately if you experience any discomfort beyond a mild stretching sensation. 1. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All text, movement sequences, photographs, videos, PDF documents and other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Victor Boender and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence for private, non-commercial use only. Copying, sharing, modifying, distributing, reselling or creating derivative works is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
2. Ordering, Payment & Delivery
Orders are placed through the website form. We confirm receipt and details within 1–4 working hours (Brussels time). Payment is processed in USD via secure third-party payment providers. Digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours after successful payment verification. Access is lifetime for personal use — you may download and keep files indefinitely.
3. Refund Policy
A full refund is available if requested before digital files are delivered and within 14 calendar days of order placement. Once digital materials have been sent, refunds are not available except in cases of technical failure on our side or non-delivery. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victor Boender shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website or materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
